Bloody Rachaels

1 quart tomato juice or V-8 vegetable juice
8 shots vodka
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
1 teaspoon celery seed or celery salt (optional)
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
8 stalks celery from the heart with leafy tops
16 jumbo pimiento-stuffed olives
Party picks, 3 to 4 inches long
Mix first 8 ingredients in a pitcher and stir with a wooden spoon. Place a stalk of celery into tall glasses. Fill glasses with ice and pour in Bloody Rachael mix. Garnish glasses with 2 jumbo olives on a party pick, balancing ends of pick on rim of glass. Makes 1 pitcher, 8 to 10 servings.
